The Gay Orientalist

Cambodian art is going through something of a revival. Just look a this man carving something out of wood that looks very intricate and that would look completely unfashionable and unsuitable in your gay Asian urban dwelling. Is there modern Khmer art, one wonders? Or are they stuck in a rut, just like Thai art. Picture Source.
